Dandenong has a stretch of mountain road, which can be quite tricky if you're not used to driving on the right side. I accompanied my friend to practice driving there and it scared me half to death. The road to Penguin Island, on the other hand, is very easy to drive on. The road conditions are good throughout the journey, with hardly any winding or mountain roads. However, it seems that there is a toll to get to Penguin Island.
