Victoria No, you have to stay in Vancouver for accommodation within two days, so you can only go sightseeing in Vancouver City. It's a bit tight to return to Victoria on the same day.

You can go to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park (can take the free bus from the Sailing Centre), Stanley Park, Gastown, Chinatown, Queen Elizabeth Park, Fisherman's Wharf in Richmond, Granville Island to stroll around. Watch the 4D film "Fly Over Canada", which is quite good.
