Actually, driving on the right-hand side of the road doesn't need to be too tense. Generally, you can adapt to it in about 20 minutes. However, you may need to adapt to the position of the turn signal more, especially when making an emergency lane change or turning, as it is easy to accidentally turn on the wipers. Another thing is the position of the gear lever. When you need to back up in a hurry, you may need to be more careful.
