Excuse me, which has priority: right of way for left turn or left of way for right turn when the traffic light is green ?

Right of way for vehicles turning left, note that some intersections have signs indicating that right turns can only be made when the traffic light is green. There are some intersections without signs, and vehicles can turn right at any time, but they must give way to vehicles going straight and turning left.

If the traffic light is green, turning vehicles must yield to vehicles going straight. Even if the vehicle going straight in the opposite direction is far away from you and you think you can turn, you still have to wait. Generally, only green lights are allowed to turn right. If there are vehicles turning left in the opposite direction when turning right, you must yield.
