What is the speed limit on Italian highways and regular roads ?

Drive at a speed of 140 on the expressway, and it's fine to follow the flow of traffic. On ordinary roads, look at the road signs and listen to the navigation.
I understand that if there is a speed limit sign, I should drive at the speed limit. If there isn't, I can go as fast as I want. Italian drivers often drive over 140 on the highway when there is no speed limit sign. When in Rome, do as the Romans do.
Highway: 120-130, ordinary road: 80-90, through town: 50-60
