It's just that I can't control the ZTL and the speed of the highway. Clearly the speed limit is 90 or 110, but everyone is driving at 130/140... I've gotten used to it these days, I don't know if I will receive a speeding ticket after returning to China ?

We are 150-160, still slow. There are cars flashing their lights behind us.

I also rent a car from Europcar. I only looked at that white book. The consulate did not ask me for a translation certification when I applied for it.
