Do I need to buy a high-speed ticket and border pass separately when picking up the car if I filled in that I would go to other countries when renting the car ?

Yes, if you pick up the car in Prague, not only will you be charged a toll of 42 euros, but also a tax of 35 euros. It is not called a toll in the local area, but a stamp. The stamp fee from Czech to Austria is 268 crowns

The cost of taking a car to other countries is unrelated to the expressway ticket.
