This 20 euros is the transit fee. You need to buy the expressway ticket yourself at the gas station near the border. The lowest is 8.7 euros for 10 days. Be sure to tear off the film on the surface and paste it on the driver's side or in the middle position. There are illustrations on the back of the expressway sticker.
