Do you have any experience picking up and exchanging cars in Los Angeles? Which car rental company, Trifty or Budget, is less likely to cheat people ?

Thrifty staff are very cold and unfriendly. You will generally not get the car you reserved, they will make up all sorts of excuses and you will have to take the model they recommend as an emergency. Their customer service is also very poor. If you have any questions, they will respond in a negative manner. Finally, after you return the car, they will deduct deposits in various ways. I do not recommend choosing Thrifty for Chinese drivers to self-drive.
I was scammed by the budget, first deducted more than 100 US dollars, found that I didn't fill up the oil, I showed him the photo, he didn't look, canceled the oil fee. After I left, I was deducted more than 30 US dollars, and now I haven't said what money it is. Anyway, after I filed an appeal, it has been frozen and not recorded. After seven days, I was deducted more than 20 US dollars, and when I asked, they said I passed the toll section at five o'clock in the morning twice, unfortunately I was not so punctual and didn't get up at five o'clock. The platform is still verifying with the car company.
I picked up and returned the car at Los Angeles Airport with Budget and didn't see any deception.
