I have rented from this company in Sydney. The service attitude of Thrifty's staff is very indifferent, and in general, you cannot get the car model you reserved. The staff will make all kinds of excuses, and in the end, you can only take the car model they recommend as an emergency. Also, Thrifty's customer service is very poor. When you have a problem and contact them, they are very passive. Finally, after you return the car, they will gradually deduct the deposit for various reasons. If you are a Chinese driver, I do not recommend choosing Thrifty.
