Can bring a thick ice bag from domestic, buy some ice from local supermarket and put them together, or take two empty Coke bottles filled with water and freeze them into ice, and put them together with food, which can keep fresh for a day. (Ice cream is not available, it will melt after a day, while milk, beef and yogurt are all fine, they will still be cold after a day.)
