There is no highway toll within the country... Just drive... Park according to your own conscience, there are machines on the side of the road, but the machine can generally only be used with Dutch bank cards, and some can be used with international credit cards. The parking fee varies depending on the location. It's about 5 euros per hour in the city center of Amsterdam, and it's cheaper in other places. It's usually free after leaving a few big cities.
