Can I get my ticket at the manned window at the train station if I booked a train ticket on sncf and it does not provide an electronic ticket, and I chose to pick up the ticket at the self-service machine, but I used a non-chip card to book it, and it turns out that it cannot be used at the self-service machine ?

First, go and inquire about it, then they should arrange for you to join the manual labor team.

Can be picked up at the window, just provide the reservation number. Sometimes picking up at the window is faster than picking up at the self-service machine.

Trains in Italy do have ticket inspectors, so it's recommended to print your online train ticket and bring it with you.

It's this train that doesn't provide e-tickets, only printing at self-service machines, by staff, or by mail. I didn't choose the first one, but I found out later that the self-service machines only accept chip cards from branches.

You can see the electronic ticket by downloading the app on the mobile phone. I just used it in Paris today, it's very convenient. There's no problem with checking in at the station and on the train!

Excuse me, I booked a train ticket on sncf, but it does not provide an electronic ticket. I did not carefully read and chose to pick up the ticket at the self-service machine. I booked it with a non-chip card, but in fact it cannot be used at the self-service machine. Can I get the ticket at the manned window at the train station...
