Three people need to handle car rental and driving registration, and sell insurance.

Additional driver, about 15 euros/person/day. If not added, all risks will be shouldered by the client himself/herself, and the insurance will not be responsible.

If you don't buy it, you won't be able to get insurance for drivers who haven't been on the list. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Foreigners' thinking is quite different from ours. It's still best to follow the rules.
