Do you have any experience of your car breaking down while driving in the Scottish Highlands, for example, it won't start or you have a puncture? How did you deal with it? I'm worried that there won't be any signal for me to call for help ?

Yes, two punctures. The rental car company will send someone to come.

Firstly, most highlands have mobile phone signals, so you don't have to worry about calling for help. Secondly, the best way to deal with emergencies is to handle them yourself if possible, such as changing a tire, which is not complicated and can be done by women. Getting out of trouble first is the most important.
