Highways with 'A' followed by a number are high-speed and toll roads. If the distance is short and only connects two 'D' highways, there is no toll. Highways with 'D' followed by a number are national roads. They are narrow with only two lanes, but the road conditions are good. The speed limit is generally 80, but it may decrease to 70, 50, or 30 when passing through towns.

It should be, I feel that the toll station is no less than ours.

A little charge, some don't. If you drive in southern France, you can avoid toll stations if you're not in a hurry, and you can also see beautiful countryside.

In essence, anything starting with A is collected.
