It seems that flights to Iceland do not include baggage fees. We bought them separately, and the ticket clearly stated that there were no baggage fees.

I was following a local photographer from Reykjavik to Vik in Iceland, and she was driving at over 100 km/h the whole way. I asked her if there were any problems, and she said that there were no speed cameras in Iceland, only police officers hiding in the bushes on some busy roads!
