Excuse me, are there many cases in the UK where only cash can be accepted and cards cannot be used? If I don't want to carry too much cash and only plan to pay tolls and parking fees, will there be any problems with using chip cards for other things ?

There is no toll in the UK. Fuel and car rentals can all be paid by credit card. Chip cards are also available. Parking fees can also be paid by card.

Chip cards are very convenient. As long as you don't go to small shops that specifically require cash payments, you can use your card to pay. Most parking lots offer options for cash and credit cards. When parking, be sure to check whether it's free or not, and even if it's free, make sure you know the duration of the free parking, otherwise you may get a fine.

Paying in the UK is quite inconvenient compared to our country. It's no problem to use a card in supermarkets, but in general restaurants, you need to spend a certain amount to use a card. Also, for parking, you need coins, and it's a big risk if you don't have cash.
