Is it true that in Serbia, you cannot make a right turn on a red light? What other rules should I be aware of? Thanks for your help ?

Red light cannot turn right unless the right turn light is green. There are often dedicated right turn lights.

In European and American countries, you can't turn right on a red light unless there is a sign indicating that you can.

The basic ones all have dedicated right-turn lights. If there are no such lights, you can follow the straight-ahead lights. There are also construction works everywhere, with many one-way roads and narrow roads. The navigation is not very sensitive, and there are fewer parking spaces on the side of the road. In fact, as long as you are careful, there should be no problem. Overall, the feeling is okay.
