That is to say, visa on arrival need to queue at two windows, while visa on paper only need to queue at one. But the electronic and general visa on arrival are queued separately. The electronic visa on arrival window has fewer people, so the speed is basically not much different from visa on paper ?

We do not have to queue for landing visas. VIPs who are purchased domestically can go through customs directly.
As far as I know, electronic signatures are not less common than physical signatures.
I arrived in Bangkok at 2:00 a.m. on August 27. Electronic visa does not need to queue up, and ordinary landing visa is all people!
