Is it better to book a accommodation with free parking when renting a car and booking a hotel, or to book a hotel that charges a fee every day ?

If possible, I prefer booking a homestay, as they usually have parking spaces available. This is not the case in big cities like London.

It depends on your itinerary. Hotels will clearly state everything. Some homestays have parking permits, while others do not.

Last time I rented a car, I stayed at Airbnb and I could park for free by asking the landlord in advance.

It depends on your personal preference whether you would like to stay at a hotel or a homestay. Hotels around the world are generally similar, but I prefer homestays. I like the ones with a rating of around 9 points, as these tend to be unique and the hosts are experienced and thoughtful. You can experience local life, and they usually include breakfast and free parking, which I think is much better than hotels. Hotels are standardized and professional, but don't have too many unique features.

It depends on your own needs, each has its own advantages.
