To Qing-jing Farm, it's all highways, except for the last stretch of road up the mountain. If you want to go from Qing-jing Farm to Taroko Gorge in Hualien through 14A, this road is not easy to drive on. It's recommended not to take it. This road was closed after the 418 Hualien earthquake last time due to falling rocks.
