There is no entry fee when going from Germany to Switzerland.

Swiss toll must be purchased at the border, 40 Swiss francs for the annual fee. Austria needs to buy road fund, about 9.5 euros for 7 days, and pay toll in real time on the highway

We drove into Switzerland at the Valloire border crossing on the Franco-Swiss border. There were no military or police to be seen, but there were two female staff members in yellow coats standing at the border checkpoint, demanding that each car entering Switzerland purchase a high-speed pass. We paid 36 euros, the validity period of the pass seemed to be one month, and you had to stick the pass ticket to the right side of the front windshield of the car. It had to be stuck out, ready for inspection at any time. There was no need to buy an exit pass in Italy, and the toll was calculated based on the mileage of the expressway within Italy. The toll collection in Italy was a bit like playing house for children. On a stretch of expressway in Italy, we were once charged 0.7 euros. We crossed the Austrian border from the Italian border town of Brennero. Again, there were no border guards to be seen, and we bought a 9 euro border pass for the car at a gas station. Again, be sure to stick the ticket on the right side of the front windshield of the car, otherwise you will face a 10-fold euro fine. Then you can enjoy the rhythm of the beautiful Austrian landscape.

Different car rental companies have different policies. I have tried not to charge and have also tried to set a ceiling of 50 euros.
