Does anyone know if it's possible to drive from Vancouver to Banff National Park in one day ?

Sure, that's very helpful, thank you! Two days should be enough to play around in Banff, right?
Excuse me, which route from Vancouver to Banff is better, through Kelowna or the northern route, in terms of scenery?
Refer to my previous answer. One day is enough, and it won't be too tiring. Although there are mostly mountain roads, they are still easy to drive. But once that one road is closed, it will be a disaster.
Two days is actually a bit tight, as each place is at least 100 to 200 kilometers apart. Louise Lake is just for viewing, don't climb the mountain. If you are not in good physical condition, the round trip will take a day. Jasper is the Skywalk and the Glacier. These two places should be the most famous.
If everything goes well, you can see the time it takes to get to Kamloops. If not, you can stay there.
Thank you, but why was the road blocked?
Don't know the reason, should be repairing the road
