It's best to go where the locals go. Last time I went, I ate at a place popular with locals, and the food was both cheap and delicious. We had 4 large dishes, 2 small dishes, 4 vegetables, and a soup, and the bill was only a little over 90 RMB. The food tasted even better than what was described online.
