I bought it on Taobao in China, but only a few hundred megabytes of 4G data per day, the rest is 3G data. So I bought a 15-day package from Bell, a Canadian company, at the convenience store in Toronto Airport. I can make calls in Canada and all the data is 4G, with 3GB.
