This Canada Road trip, originally the most concerned is the navigation. Sharing my experience below: Basically in urban areas, Tmobile phone card is enough. In Banff, some areas, especially near Jasper, there is basically no signal, and there is no signal for Canadian domestic phones either. You can use GOOGLE offline map (GPS), Scout Map is a little worse, IPHONE and IPAD's GPS function is more powerful, HUAWEI's basic is not good (also may be my Huawei P9 phone has a problem). Urban areas can also use offline GOOGLE map, but there is no real-time traffic situation.
