From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, parking is allowed on the shoulder, and payment must be made at the parking meter. Parking is not allowed at other times.
