Mine is also limited, 214.125 km per day, finally exceeded 300 km, pay money at a rate of 0.20 euros/km.

In simpler terms: You picked up the car with 0 kilometers on it and returned it with 2500 kilometers. Subtract 2400 kilometers, and you need to pay for an additional 100 kilometers at the unit price.
