Yes, I am in Houston, USA. Most of the highways in the US are free, but there are also some that are toll roads. In Houston, Westpark Tollway is a toll road that charges the entire way. 99 and 10 are toll roads that are divided into segments, meaning that there are some segments that require a toll. 59, 45, and other highways have a separate lane that is separated in the middle of the highway, called a Toll or HOV lane. The toll price for the Toll lane is variable, and the HOV lane is free if you have two or more people in your car (including yourself). There are also lanes separated by barriers on 10th Street, and the lanes inside the barriers are toll lanes. When driving in Houston, it is recommended to rent an Ez tag or TX tag, so you don't have to worry about toll roads. And the most important thing is that the Texas government does not recognize the driver's license from the People's Republic of China, but it does recognize the driver's license from Taiwan and Hong Kong.
