Haven't heard of green label, we didn't encounter any problems when entering Germany several times. There are often pre-authorizations for consumption in Europe, such as self-service fueling and car rentals. Sometimes it will be charged within 1 to 2 weeks of the actual consumption amount, and the original one will be cancelled.
