Have the frozen advance payments been returned to you? I think they should not be deducted if they have been returned, otherwise how can they be deducted? There is no reservation authority, so where can they be deducted from?

Europcar usually deducts the payment three working days after returning the car. If not, it's OK. If there are violations, they will notify you by the reserved mobile phone when you rent the car.
