Go straight after coming out of Krabi airport. Set your navigation to either Lanta or kor LANTA. You can also set a specific location depending on whether you are going to Lanta town or the beach. The ferry is only used once now and the ticket counter is around 300-400 meters from the ferry pier. There is a sign but it is easy to miss if you are not paying attention.
