Excuse me, do you guys check the oil and other things when picking up the car ?

It's still best to check it yourself. We didn't check the oil, and the oil warning light came on for two cars in a row during the run.
Just have a look at various instruments. I think European cars are still good. When I picked up the car, it was very new and had only run 5000 kilometers.
Engine oil will not mainly affect appearance, paint surface, and oil level.

Multiple times of car rentals abroad, never noticed this issue, it seems unnecessary. Just need to take photos of exterior scratches!

General check appearance, if there is a problem with the car, notify the car dealership for rescue or replacement
