I rent the Wi-Fi, buy the phone card, bring the navigation仪, download the Explore offline and Google map.

A phone card is still necessary, it can be shared with others via network. Offline maps are also needed. As for WiFi, it depends on personal needs. When there is no signal even in signal dead zones, it is impossible for only one to shine.
