I rented from Europcar and Sixt once each, and both times it wasn't the booked model. Sixt also kept trying to sell us a higher tier model, insurance, a full tank of gas, etc. Maybe Europcar does better business, they just asked if we wanted full insurance and didn't say anything else after we said no. The cars here all feel like they have very small storage space. We had two large suitcases, so we were glad we upgraded the car, otherwise we probably wouldn't have been able to fit them in.
