Send an email to Transport for London stating your Oyster card number and they will handle it.

There are two ways to return the Oyster card. One is to return it online via the website on the card, and the other is to return it at the tourist center in the airport, which is where they sell the tourist Pass. I remember that you should ask the staff after exiting the subway station at Heathrow Airport T2/T3.
