I feel that Alamo is good. I have rented from this company in both the US and Europe. This time in Banff, I still went with Alamo, but had to switch to Hertz because the car model was not suitable.

I have always rented from alamo in the United States, and it's very good. Next month I will also rent from alamo when I go to Vancouver.

Never rented before. Hertz is okay. The car I reserved wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a larger car. There were all Indians at the Vancouver airport location, but the white girl at the Victoria airport location was nice. She didn't even look at the car before I signed, saying she trusted her customers. In the US they used to check the car.
