Can someone rent a Hertz car in Vancouver and return it in Edmonton? I selected a Hertz car (rented in Vancouver and returned in Edmonton, with an additional fee for returning the car to a different location), but the fee notes say "the airport construction fee and taxes for returning the car to a different location are not included, and the exact amount needs to be known when picking up the car at the store." Has anyone paid this fee? About how many Canadian dollars is it? Please help me solve this ?

There is no out-of-state return fee. I rented a car in Montreal and returned it in Toronto at the time.
