Can anyone tell me if there is a way to rent a car in Belgrade and drive through Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Macedonia ?

All the cars from Serbia can't enter Albania. We rented a car again in Montenegro last time, and the fee is still under dispute...

We traveled from July 9th to August 2nd through Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, and returned the rental car at Belgrade Airport. We rented a car from Hertz, and if we couldn't get an SUV, a sedan would also be fine. It must be a diesel car with sufficient power and fuel efficiency. We drove a Passat and an Opel, and had no problem climbing hills on mountain roads. When renting a car, make sure to have the green transit certificate, as it is checked when entering each country. It should cost around 42 euros.
