Introduction

The Ancient Olympia Site is the place where the Olympic flame has been collected for every Olympic Games, including temples, priest residences, and public buildings. There are many important ruins preserved here, including the Altar of Pledge, the Gymnasium, the workshop of Phidias, the public hall, the Temple of Hera, and the Temple of Zeus.
