Experience the charm of the Science and Art City

Introduction

The Science and Arts City, located in Valencia, is an outstanding representative of futuristic architecture in Spain. Designed by local architect Santiago Calatrava, the building complex is called "alien architecture" by some and leaves a deep impression. The Science and Arts City consists of multiple buildings, mainly including: the IMAX cinema (Hemisféric), symbolizing knowledge with its dome-shaped design, the fishbone-shaped Prince Felipe Science Museum (El Museo de las Ciencias Príncipe Felipe), the Queen Sofia Palace of Arts (Palau de las Artes Reina Sofia), the largest marine aquarium in Europe (Oceanográfico), and the golden dam bridge (Puente l'Assut d'Or). Whether visiting the interior or simply admiring the exterior architecture, one can feel the stunning shock of this wonderful cluster of buildings, clear pools, and flawless blue skies perfectly reflecting each other. Additionally, the venue for the Valencia Open tennis tournament is also located here. In short, the Science and Arts City is definitely a must-see destination.
