Introduction

The Nasrid Palace is the royal palace of the Sultan of Granada and one of the most grand and spectacular examples of Muslim architecture in Europe. The palace's mud walls, ceramic tiles, intricate carvings and domes are presented in geometric patterns that are extremely complex and precise, truly breathtaking. The walls are decorated with Arabic inscriptions that are intricate and elegant. The palace also features multiple courtyards and patios, each showcasing the beauty of Moorish culture and considered a masterpiece of Spanish Moorish art.
