Introduction

Château du Clos Lucé, also known as the Da Vinci Park, is a classic Renaissance pink brick structure located in Amboise, France. Despite looking more like a villa, its historical significance cannot be ignored. It was where Leonardo da Vinci spent his final years and departed from this world in the company of King Francis I of France. The bedroom and living room of da Vinci have been preserved in their original form from 500 years ago, still exuding the charm of antiquity. His studio is even more breathtaking, showcasing prototypes of all his inventions in various fields including military, urban planning, mechanics, aviation, and hydraulics. After leaving the castle, visit the Da Vinci theme park, where the exhibits along woodland paths showcase da Vinci's extraordinary talents. The park is filled with da Vinci's botanical sketches, geological and fluid dynamics research, and some of the landscape designs are also by da Vinci himself. The museums and exhibition halls in the park regularly host various themed exhibitions centered around da Vinci, such as "The Last Supper," "The Astonishing Mona Lisa," and "Nature and Landscape."
