Introduction

The royal palace, built in 1612, is a symmetrical complex of over thirty houses, all with arches on the ground floor. The earliest houses were made of bricks, while the rest were constructed with wood and painted in a brick-like color on the exterior to save time and money. These buildings all face the square, creating a magnificent landscape.
