Introduction

Lover's Bridge is located in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. It is a pedestrian bridge that spans across Tamsui Fisherman's Wharf. The bridge was opened on February 14, 2003, Valentine's Day, and was named Lover's Bridge by the former President of Taiwan, Mr. Chen Shui-bian. It is approximately 196 meters long and is a cable-stayed bridge. The entire bridge is painted white. It only takes about 3 minutes to walk across the bridge, but you can enjoy the famous sunset view of Tamsui City.
