Huangdi Mountain
"Emperor Mountain" is located in Shipan Village, southwest of Nanri Island, about 3 kilometers from the government headquarters. It is the most attractive golden beach on the island. To the north, there are green forests, to the south, there are vast green waters, surrounded by mountains and seas, dense forests, beautiful scenery. The beach stretches for 2000 meters, with a depth of 300-500 meters, flat, clear water, gentle slope, soft sand, and clean water. It is an excellent and irreplaceable tourist resource, a natural seaside bathing beach and an ideal summer resort. Especially when the sun sets, the sunset melts the golden beach, enveloping it in a golden glow that is indescribably beautiful!
Golden beach
Nanri Island, with its charming natural scenery, has always been admired by people. The island preserves the primitive subtropical waters, numerous bays and fishing ports, rocky caves, and golden beaches, which are enchanting and captivating. Recommended scenic route: Dongdai Mountain - Dongdai Beach - Church - Dongdai Pier - Jiuchong Mountain - Zhumu Mountain - Bijiashan Mountain - Donghu Beach - Wind Power Field. Jiuchong Mountain is located in Gangnan Village, where you can overlook the windmill seascape. Bijiashan Mountain is at the entrance of Jiuchong Mountain, and you can drive straight up at the right fork, enjoying the coastal scenery combining green mountains, blue sea, and peculiar rocks. Turning left into the intersection, you will reach Donghu Beach, also known as the natural bathing beach of the Golden Beach. During low tide, there are roaring waves, and you can swim and cool off. If you are unsure of the specific directions, you can ask the local villagers. Pay special attention to this golden beach, as it is completely invisible during high tide, so you can only see this beautiful beach after the tide recedes.
Mount Jiucheng
The Jiuchong Mountain is the highest point on Nanri Island. It is named Jiuchong Mountain because there are nine continuous mountains within a radius of 2 kilometers, layered and overlapping. The mountain in the middle of Nanri Island, called Gangnan Village, is steep and stretches for several miles, majestic and spectacular, like a giant dragon lying on the island. It has always been a strategically important place and has military facilities such as castles, observation towers, water towers, and underground tunnels. Despite being called mountains, they are actually small hills. Besides a statue of Qi Jiguang, a famous general in ancient times, and an abandoned naval radar station, the mountaintop is covered with rocks. However, it is still the highest peak on Nanri Island and offers a great viewpoint to overlook the entire island, with wind turbines scattered throughout, forming a beautiful scenery of Nanri Island. There is a Jiuchong Mountain bus at the ferry terminal bus station, which takes about 20 minutes round trip. You don't need to climb Jiuchong Mountain, as you can reach the mountaintop by car. Jiuchong Mountain has been selected as one of the best tourist destinations in the country.

South Day Island is rich in resources. It has a total coastline length of 66.4 kilometers, with 25 natural harbors and 59,000 acres of shallow water up to 20 meters deep that can be developed and utilized. It has also developed 12,300 acres, producing over 100 types of aquatic products such as abalone, grouper, lobster, eel, cucumber fish, crab, and red algae. The island has a storage of two billion cubic meters of granite and over 1,000 hectares of forest land. South Day Island has abundant wind energy resources, with over 300 days of strong winds above grade 4 in a year, making it highly valuable for development. Originally, it was an important production area for seaweed and kelp, with abundant resources and excellent quality, which can be used as feed for abalone.
