Introduction
On the top floor of this old building, there is a Cai Li Lu Cafe. The café displays photos of the three Mr. Cai Li Lu and some honorary trophies, including the Golden Horse Award. On the other side of the café, there are exhibitions related to Tsai Ming Liang's films, including posters and props, and there is a small theater where occasional performances take place. Therefore, you may encounter Tsai Ming Liang himself or other celebrities here. When we went there, we happened to meet Tsai Ming Liang. There is also a moderately priced Western restaurant on the ground floor. This website can only be accessed from outside mainland China.
