Introduction

Ben-Gurion Boulevard, located in a historic neighborhood, was originally purchased by German Templars in 1868 with the intention of establishing an agricultural community. The German-style buildings from the late 20th century have been well preserved. Today, the boulevard has become a landmark for tourists, with many cafes and tourist attractions along the street. Recommended architectural highlights include Havana Plus, Milagro, and Isabell. Additionally, the Haifa City Museum and Tourist Center are located in this area.
