Introduction

The National Diet Building in Japan was built in 1936. It is a magnificent Western-style building, with a white exterior and a pyramid-shaped central section. The central tower of the building reaches a height of 65.5 meters and is symmetrical, with the House of Representatives on the left and the House of Councillors on the right. The plaza is designed as a Western-style courtyard, with a clock tower symbolizing the separation of powers, also representing the National Diet Building. It is the best spot to capture the panoramic view of the entire building.
